Liberals KNOW their side benefits a LOT more due to any fraud that may go on and that is why they are so protective of the ability to get it done.

Voter ID laws would really only stop you from voting for a dead person.

The only voter fraud that really matters is done by the folks COUNTING the ballots - not the people CASTING them.

The facts prove that fraud is NOT a major contributor to democratic voting.

It is more difficult for older minorities and women to obtain official documents.
Many older black people were not born in hospitals and have no valid birth certificate.
About half of women have maiden names on their documents which are now not acceptable forms of ID.
It is a pain in the arse to obtain new documents, especially for working mothers with 2 jobs and 3 kids.

People crying voter suppression would have a point if there was some official method to keep these folks from getting an ID. But, there isn't. No one is trying to pass a law saying you must have a valid ID that also included making it hard for anyone but whites to get one.
I'll give a shite if that ever happens, but it wont.

If this is so true and given that having an ID is helpful for more than just voting, one would think liberals would be chomping a the bit to use this as an opportunity to facilitate these folks getting IDs.

BS. I have personal experience of voter fraud. When I tried to vote in 2004, the poll worker told me I had already voted. I told her, "No, I haven't." She then tells me that my name has already been marked as having voted.
I had to cast a provisional ballot that I was told later did not count.
I live in a small town in a small county. If it can happen here, it can happen ANYWHERE.
