Jail? No. You really think the Justice Department is going to prosecute?

Hopefully. She should have been frog marched a long time ago.

I want to see the look on her face when she realizes the DOJ can't save her. In fact, if the House holds her under their inherent authority, the President can't even pardon her. Ex Parte Grossman went to the Supreme Court where it said that the president can't pardon a person held by the House.

This admin. has put up every road block imaginable to stop this investigation. The inherent authority was put in the constitution for this exact reason. I think they should bring out the House Sergeant at Arms.

This is just another Republican clown show.

Whereas the Republicans are whining about why they want Lerner to testify and crying that she has refused, the Democrats keep reminding that the Bill of Rights, Supreme Court precedent, and the great majority of legal opinion (Quinn, Hoag, etc.) are all on Ms. Lerner's side.

Holder would be wise not to prosecute this sham. And you should thank him for it.

This is identical to the Benghazi investigation where one side already won. It worked, Obama got reelected. Anything that can or will be done now is like punishing a teen for sneaking out...all the while he went up a party and fricked the finest girl there. In his mind he'd trade any punishment you deal out 100/100 times for the 'crime' he so enjoyed committing.
