I guess you could say that, more pissed that it's a frivolous lawsuit, and even if dollar one is generated it will be gobbled up by the ambulance chasers who are moving forward with the suit. Is he speaking out against the Federal Government who's levees share just as much, if not more blame than the canals that were dug by the oil and gas companies?

Why is it frivolous?
I would not be surprised to hear him speak out about the Corps practices at some point.
