Avoid Firestones (the stores) as a rule. The company-owned stores are the absolute worst. The franchise stores can be better, but that's faint praise.

Several years ago this guy was recommended to me. Great people to work with, small town/personal service, and good prices. Specialize in Toyo tires, which are great value (quality/price).

Not true.
Go to area wholesale tire and get all new tires.
They will match it beat any price but the tires are for life. Keep the reciept and they replace the tire for life. Don't have a reciept but its their brand? You still get replacements for free.
No other place matches this that I know of.
They simply can't be beat.

Simpletire.com was cheaper than tire rack for me, I ordered them online, had them in hand in two days and took them to a local place to have them mount and balanced. Cost less than what the local place could get just the tire for anywhere else.

I will not do business here ever again. Cloverland location scratched my wheel on my truck when I asked them to plug a tire. They decided to take tire off wheel and patch. Then put tire on backwards and wanted to charge me to rebalance when I called them out on it being backwards.
