Golf. At a NCCAA school. Basically the equivalent of NAIA.

Can you seriously post a weeks worth of Training when in-season and one for off-season maintenance?
Track and CC letterwinner for 4 years at LSU.
Sample training week from CC season
Sunday: 75-100 min. long run @ Tunica Hills
Monday: AM: 30 min. easy; PM: 5-6 x 1 mile @ CC course @ 8k race pace, 4:00 rest
Tuesday: AM: 60-75 min. easy, PM: 30 min. easy + weights
Wednesday: AM: 30 min. easy; 15x300m hill repeats at Tunica + 4 mile tempo run
Thursday: Same as Tuesday
Friday: Easy 45 min. shakeout run
Saturday: Race
Almost no one followed the training schedule exactly. T/Th were on your own. We had guys doing only 1 run on those days, guys doing 60 min/60 min on those days, guys not doing shite, etc. Most guys did not run on M/W before workouts. We elected to do our second run at about 10 p.m.
Offseason:
Doubles 6 days/week; long run on Sundays. Usually 30 min and 75 min runs for the double days. 90+ min. on the long runs. Run the last 4-6 miles of a run at a comfortably hard pace once every 10 days or so. 4-8 100m sprints after 2 or 3 runs a week. Maybe jump in a road race to get some speed work.
Here is the most impressive athletic feat I have ever been party to. From July 18-August 17 of 2010, one of my teammates averaged 126 miles/week. Running in BR. First run at 11 a.m., second run at 7:30 p.m. PRs: 14:29/30:28 5k/10k.
