Subs/Amp for truck

i just got a 2012 ford f 150 lariat and im looking to put some subs and an amp in it and i was just wondering what i should pay for something like that! i was thinking about getting 2 10'' subs but honestly i have no idea.

i actually dont have any plans to do that. i just want better bass in the truck because i have a general like for it.

sounds tight, I'd go with a kicker 1000 amp and 2 kicker 10" L7 solobarics

How loud do you want the bass? How many decibels? What are your goals? Wake up sleeping children in the car next to you at the stoplight? Ruining a quiet Sunday afternoon in your neighborhood?

Just get a bass tube. cheaper everything is in it and it won't be overwhelming.

I used to have two JL 10W0s in my chevy. with an old Rockford Fosgate 250 amp bridged speakers were 8 ohm. it was retarded. max over kill

All you need is a ( one) 8" subwoofer with a comparable amp. Anything more and you're trying too hard.
