Rashida is hot regardless. She was more attractive to me in the office.

My opinion of Jim and Pam: they were meant to be us; normal people living/working in a mundane ,strange work place. They tried liven things up by making fun of their co-workers, because hell, this was obviously just a pit stop to bigger and greater things. They were smarter, better looking, and my gosh, they were better people.
Except they weren't. In fact, they were probably the two biggest POS on the show. They were hypocritical elitist stuck in dead end jobs. Boo freaking hoo. If it wasn't for Michael, no one would care about your characters.

I hated Pam and anyone who didn't is because they are just like her. Jim at least had some redeemable qualities.

If anyone is thinking physical appearance only, then yeah Pam is more attractive than Karen. Nice curves, nice sized breasts, etc. I'm not sure that was the argument and it certainly isn't mine. Karen holds her own as well, just less curvy.
The real thing is that Pam is a POS self-involved bitch IMO. Hey cute guy at the office that adores me, let's flirt. Oh, I'm engaged. He's hot tempered, but I'm going to marry him and flirt with you.
