Was gonna make a run next week and stock up. Does it keep well?

If they vacuum seal it. Just keep it frozen, then boil the vacuum packed bags and enjoy.

I'll buy some when I go through Lake Charles and freeze what I don't eat. Turn it into boudin balls, egg rolls, or empanadas later on. Works great.

T-Boy in Mamou has it frozen. It's labeled "microwave boudin." From the freezer, you toss it in on high for 7 minutes, and it's perfect. I usually go 6, then toss it on the grill to crisp up.
