Your unwillingness to admit you were wrong (which everyone can clearly see for themselves) about an insignificant detail of the debate (which was only an issue because you brought it up) says everything.
Thank God for the anonymity of the internet, huh? No way you would embarrass yourself this way if people knew who you were.

Yet you were flipping out over LinkedIn? Wtf?

Oops, still why would you do such a thing?
ETA: OK, looking back, you didn't start the thread, but you were certainly upset that wiki looked at your page and even suggested that TD was hacked. Then deleted your LinkedIn account. So, I wasn't far off. Why the drastic change?

As I said in a precious post, if you are catholic you get a discount. The catholic schools for a non catholic is around 5k to 6k.

Not specifically referring to you
It's my opinion that most people are moving away because they fear for their kids. They don't want their kids bumping up against "the meanies".
Guess what, they have bullies everywhere. Put jr. In a kickboxing class or something.

So I just went ahead and posted my name, my cell phone number and my email address to show him I have no fricks to give about his threat.
BTW, he has not posted on TD since that last post of his threatening me.

Then deleted your LinkedIn account. So, I wasn't far off. Why the drastic change?
I deleted my LinkedIn account because I never used it. I had created the account years ago as a result of a friend urging me to do so. All it did, IMO, was create a way for people I don't know and don't want to know to send me emails asking me to buy crap from them or hire them at my company or give them an employment reference.
For me, it was a waste of time so I deleted it. I'm still getting emails from unknowns asking me to connect with them on LinkedIn so I'm not sure how long it takes for the deleted account to go into effect.
ETA: I also learned from that thread on the Help Board that LinkedIn somehow uses cookies on a user's computer to send some of those emails. So apparently cookies from visits to TigerDroppings are matched with cookies on other posters' PCs to pair up LinkedIn members which results in LinkedIn sending out those spam emails. That explained many of the emails I got from people who I have no clue who they are. And don't want to know who they are. Hence, my canceling my LI account.

By drastic I meant concerned about your identity being revealed to putting it out there. Your explanation makes sense though. A lot of those connection requests may be spam connected to viruses. I have seen a lot more lately. Also newbs who sign up let it search their email address book to send out invites, so even random people you have emailed with before will send you invites.

I have a question. If the SG issue is solid and legit, then why couldn't they show up and drop their knowledge on ya boy Delgado? My guess, they have no ammo for when the battle gets real. I know they said they are volunteers w other obligations, but if you are perching the good book of SG then show up and represent.
This is why I'm against the city. No real juice in the cooler, but a bunch of fools drinking the Kool aid.

Probably, but its nice to see citizens trying to separate themselves from shitty government practices and look out for their better interests.

At the end of the day the registered voters in ST George will have a say.
I own rental property in that are which a few homes are vacant and if I wanted could move over there to vote in the election. One vote will not matter though.
I also own property in Baton Rouge.
The way I see it I will end up paying more property tax if ST George passes or not for my property in St George and Baton Rouge.
Baton Rouge will throw more money at a problem money is not going to solve. Remember government never reduces taxes once they get them.
Just see for bang for my buck and ability to find better long term tenants if ST George becomes a city.
As far as people saying we need to develop downtown. Maybe we need to shrink Baton Rouge back to the Eastern City limits being Airline Hwy.
Baton Rouge is only worried about the Downtown are not the rest of the city.

(Please read my edit in my previous post above.)
But once I realized you-know-who knew who I am and was using my personal information as a blackmail attempt, then I didn't GAF anymore.

How do you see that vote going? I know the rest of EBR will not be in favor of it, but what do you think the rest of the state will vote for?

It would require being passed within the new district, in EBR parish as a whole AND in the state.
But I personally don't think it will come to a vote. It requires 2/3 of each house of the legislature to put it on the ballot for a vote. Even Bodi White has acknowledged he doesn't have the votes to accomplish that. It's why he's trying to get a new district funded without having to get a constitutional amendment, which everyone else seems to think is unconstitutional.
After all, Baker, Zachary and Central all got their new school districts via separate constitutional amendments.

Mahootney, you had me at "D ratings"... And bless your heart, but no need to try to reason with the LSURussian poster. Just let him continue commenting. The more he posts... the more signatures we will get.
