"You're as slow as an old iPhone."
It made me laugh, then feel old.

Why are you stalking little kids in a park?
Is your last name Tuttle? Are you the spaghetti monster?

We used to say, "slower than my grandma." It works for all generations.

Just to think, 100 years ago the much of the country didn't even have phones.
Now we have 8 year olds insulting the speed of another one by comparing it to a device that can communicate across the world in an instant and access the wealth of all human knowledge with a touch.
It's mind boggling

Hmmm... Back in my day we would say something like "you're so slow..."
Posted on 3/8/14 at 4:09 pm to fr33manator
You'd get your arse kick for saying something like that.

We had an apprentice that got the nick name "dial up" due to his lack of speed.

My friends and I went to the rec center a few weeks ago to play basketball. We are all 30 years old and back in my college days I had a sweet jump shot. People used to call me "Dirk" when we played.
Well some white dude was out there jacking shots from all over the court and someone called him "Kevin Love."
Love wasn't even playing when I was in college. My friends and I laughed about it but inside I felt pretty damn old.
