While I respect McConaughey's courage to speak his mind among a throng of liberals who for the most part consider his convictions a myth, I will very surprised if he every wins another Oscar regardless of his future performances.

I doubt he cares. The dude has lived the dream and still seems cool as frick despite his success.

Is there some kind of study or survey which shows us that most actors are atheists? This is not the same thing as being a resident of California or New York.

It's really not necessary to make every freaking thing in life political or religious.

Did you even see the film he won the award for?

Did you happen to see Darlene Love's acceptance speech earlier in the evening? The one that began with "Lord God I praise you" and ended with a standing ovation?
