I'm very interested in trying a variant of IF I see a Youtuber doing. He wakes up, takes fish oil and BCAAs and drinks a cup of coffee with coconut oil dissolved in it, goes for a walk. When he gets back, he makes a shake consisting of supergreens, pysllium husks, coconut oil, BCAAs. Then 5 or so hours later he makes another shake like that. Then at dinner time he eats a big meal, typically chicken breast, broccoli, and spinach.. every wendesday he throws in some lower GI carbs like quinoa or sweet 'taters or he starts to bonk in workouts.. then one night a weekend he allows a splurge meal. He says the micronutrients and fat in the shakes allows him to not really feel all that hungry all day. Plus he drinks tons of water. I have tried IF and I actually really liked it, but the hunger was an issue with my giant appetite.

Drinking water isn't my issue I'm at 2 gallons a day, I've had a good month I've lost 11 pounds and only drank 4 days during month of February

I drink a LOT more water than I used to.. If I had to estimate I'd say about a gallon a day. I use oen of my shaker bottles at home and fill it up countless times a day. At work I have a 32oz plastic mug that I fill up at least 2-3 or so times a day.

Damn man, 3:30 in the AM and again at 6? How much progress have you seem from this? I've been lifting hard about 6 days a week and squeezing in cardio 2-3 times if I can but I've kinda hit a standstill. Only getting in 1300-1500 cals a day at the most. I'm trying my hardest to make a real transformation by June. Started first full week of January

As I said 11 pounds since the start of Feb....

I missed 4 days of gym last month and I drank 4 days, usually missed the day after I drank

I don't want to derail this thread but let's say I'm around 220 and want to get to 180 and haven't worked out or ran in a while. What would y'all advise i do?
