I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and if a message is not left I delete the call.

I just ask such callers to hang on & then I get an air horn, put it next to the phone and blast away.

this person probably could see multiple computers in the area, and if she powered off and back on he could pinpoint her IP and get more info on her, or at least search for it

When call comes for an unknown number as all zeros, I answer by saying "It's done, but there's blood everywhere." Then hang up on them.
