Guy jumped off elevated WB expressway onto lower WB expressway. Dies.

i was passing by there a little while ago and the cops were looking over the side , they had a car where the cops was looking and i thought that the person they stopped might have thrown some dope or something off the side....the same shite happened last week up there....
