BR Roofing Recommendations

Need a roofer for some repairs, possibly whole roof replacements. Before I started going down the line calling from the "yellow pages" I was looking for personal recs.

Garcia and Premier South are both good to deal with. Work with both of them. Probably pick Premier over Garcia.

Alvin Ballard died a few years ago. He was one of my Dads friends. I'm not sure who has his company now.

I think Doug Mixon might have bought Alvin Ballard but I'm not positive. They do good work as well.
Garcia roofed my neighbors. Several months later it was leaking pretty bad at several areas of the flashing. She called them back and told the guy she had leaks. He crawled around and then gave her an estimate for several thousand dollars while he was telling her how bad whoever did the work did it and probably would need a new roof soon. His face when she told him they did it 90 days earlier was pretty funny.

Guy from Jasper came to talk to me many times last year. Everytime he showed up the deal got "sweeter"...By about the 4th time, it got real sketchy....By the last time, I think I was going to make money off getting a new roof (allegedly).
