Utah State student section (LSU related)...

makes watching hoops on TV fun. I know they have been featured and discussed before...but these kids go nuts for this shite.
The "you will miss it" cheer when the opponent is at the line and the "we were right" cheer before the second free throw (after he misses the first of course) is awesome.
It's a shame that a school the size of LSU doesn't have enough dedicated students to form a solid student section. Don't tell me the Cameron Crazies aren't worth a win every now and then. How the hell can we have a great (maybe not always) atmosphere at Tiger Stadium and a dead one at the PMAC?

this isn't shitting on our student section. They have some problems but what i'm about to point out isn't their fault
this generation has never had a winner in basketball. Even our last final 4 run the freshman were like 10. after that we sucked and when they were 14 we had 1 good year and sucked since.
So they didn't grow up knowing the excitement that basketball can bring. Hell plenty of people don't even know when to cheer outside of when baskets are made in basketball (and thats not just students) . But the students are the life line of any college venue. right now at LSU being in the low part of the student section just isn't cool and only the nerds sit down there. Until that changes and they want to care then the pmac will be dead outside of a few exceptions

I have seen this. Makes me very jealous of this mountain west basketball program. But kudos to them for doing it right

Shitty seats. As long as the fans don't sell out the pmac, I as well as a bunch of other students will sit in seats that allow us to see both sides of the court.

Weird considering students use to have full court seats but wouldn't show up so lsu smartly moved them to make money. If students ever want better seats maybe they can fill up the bottom sectiom more than priority point nights or uk is in town.

You are pretty stupid if you think I am dumb enough to believe that the students DON'T show up because they can't see both ends of the court.
I am sure all of you stay at your homes and watch the game as a way to 'stick it to the man' that is LSU admin.
