Anyone know who carries beef ribs? I thought whole foods would have them, but they didn't yesterday. Anyone seen them lately?

Or Fresh Market include Maxwells on the list too. I am brain farting the name of the grocer at Corporate and Jefferson on the eastern side of the intersection.

I gots a friend who supplies a bunch of restaurants in town straight from the cattle farm. He hooks me up w/ whatever beef or lamb I want. Got some lamb shanks last week.

I am going to find a whole cow shank and roast. Been wanting to do that.

Are you talking bout a steam ship roast? If so you had better invite a whole lot of mouths to eat it.

You talking about those massive chunks of beef I've seen at some big weddings?

No. It's the front shank. It will feed about 10 people. Slow braised.
Steamship is the rear round, top and bottom and sometimes the shank.
