not everyone that uses drugs is an addict. Some people do them responsibly live normal lives, participate in society, and are actually quite productive.

People that shoot dope, smoke crack, or do meth do not use them responsibly and are not productive in society. I was hooked on oxy and heroin for 3 years, I am very familiar with the lifestyle.

I don't have a problem with drugs being legal, I just disagree that educating them on proper use will help regulate dosage. When you are on those drugs, you are an addict and you don't get clean until you and only you want to.

not everyone who uses meth, smokes crack, or shoots dope is an addict. I think it results in less addicts when we it's not illegal and people know about it.
