Happens to me a lot. I do water studies a couple of times a year on the gulf, and there's one house boat that gives us hell. I mean, if you live on the main channel, on a river/bay, don't get pissed when boats drive by. After a couple of years, we just ignored them and do our work. Still pisses me off though.

A boat passing at full speed will cause little to no wake

As a wise man once call me SCOLP CAT you shiuld go tell your neighbor you have problems not make a message on the Internet and see if he has said problem. Least he calls out the boaters doesn't pull out his computer to make a message about them hauling arse

His son (mid 30's) and I already had a conversation about it. It went like this:
Him with his arms in the air as I am flying past: "Blargady blarg blarg blee" (I couldn't hear him cause I was doing around 60, so I let up, turn around and go back)

Me: "I didn't see a no wake zone, where are the signs?"
Him: "There's no signs, but we have a houseboat here that we just bought and it rocks the camp"
Me: "Y'all probably should have thought about that before you bought a camp on water instead of land"
Him: "Well we ain't gonna tolerate people hauling arse past here and shaking us like that"
Me: "Just wait till the summer when there are 100's of boats through here all day"
Him: "We'll just see about that"

They just haven't pissed off the right person yet, and when they do, the next time you pass the houseboat it may be half submerged. That's usually what the pirates around here'll do.

I would deliberately plow through there. Drop some trim tabs, trim down the motor, and give it half throttle. Would throw the biggest wake i could. Then if he came out hollering turn around make another pass. Can't stand people like that.
Just like these idiots in new subdivisions where speed limit is thirty. Just because they have kids they let play in the streets while half as watching through the window, then they come running across the yard screaming and hollering to slow down when you do 20 past their house.
