Damn, I'm just seeing this. On one hand it sucks b/c I'm being selfish and really wanted to see him play one more year. He probably would have been a Heisman candidate. On the other hand, he completely made the right decision for himself. He could have suffered a Lattimore type injury and his career could be over.

to one of my favorite Tigers. I look forward to watching you in the NFL

First LSU running back off board. Lol. He may not be in top 5 picked.

he had to go. His production this year and the chance of injury is to great for him to come back to LSU for one more year.

We have two very good backs in this years recruiting class to go along with Hilliard and Magee. LSU running game will still be in good hands next year.

If he gets picked up in third round which is where he may he would make money if he got an injury next year at LSU.

Hey we enjoyed your time here now kick arse in the NFL. Hopefully in New Orleans. Not likely to happen though. J Hill will be first RB off the board.

It's not likely to happen, but not for the reasons you think.

Even if JH33 were still on the board, the Mark Ingram thing has taught Loomis/Payton a lesson about wasting high draft picks on big backs. You can pick up a Khiry Robinson as a UFA who costs far less AND is more productive. Especially in the type of offense Payton runs.

is there any news regarding these 2 on whether they go pro or come back?

Do you really want news? It'll be wrong anyway. Just put it in your head that they're GONE.

Stop hating. It was the right decision for him. He was walking a thin line off the field as it was. Now is a good time for him to get a clean slate with fresh legs for the NFL. Best of luck to him.
