It's pretty much a staple of how kids end presentations in high school college classes these days.
"In conclusion, I found out my hypothesis was correct. So....."

Not as bad as people who start sentences the same way. I see it every day at work from engineers who don't know how to talk to people.

My 13 year old sister does this. Every sentence ends with so, and there's usually a giggle in there somewhere to. I realize 13 is an awkward age but it makes having a conversation with her very annoying.
