Worst Airport You've Been Through?

I'm sitting in the airport in Kansas City, and with the snow outside it appears as though I've landed in Siberia.
The layout is bizarre, there is a clear wall dividing the terminals from any restaurants, so if you leave the terminals you have to re-enter through security. It's also very poorly lit.
I officially take back any time that I have declared Charles de Gaulle the worlds worst airport. You win, KC.

Why? Have you been to KC? OP is right. There is NOTHING at the gates. You have to go through security to find anything.

atlanta's is easy as shite to navigate.
I hate how far apart the dallas terminals are.
shreveport's is shitty as frick
baltimore's is pretty shitty in some parts. not many restaurants and shite by the gates.

Munich in '93. The Eastern block was fading but all the vestiges were there- Soldiers with machine guns tapping on the van windows for us to show our passports at airport arrival, vending machines that were all grey with black tape letters spelling out "Coke" and Pepsi. No color, everything and everyone so drab and depressing.

KC is messed up, did layer over ther from Denver in Feb. Felt like I was trapped because of stupid layout and long bathroom lines

What is wrong with Atlanta's airport? For the size it's easy and quick to get anywhere. Plus tons of bars, restaurants, and shops to kill time on a layover.

They do, and yet it is a completely accurate statement. That's how screwed up this place is. Basically, once you get to your gate, there is nothing to eat or drink unless you cross a clear dividing wall that has TSA agents posted at every door. And once you cross the wall, you will have to re-enter through security to get back to your gate.
