Wait, you're going to spend $1,300 on a cooler to transport elk meat during winter months?

We just buy a deep freezer when we kill out west. Fill it up in the back of a pick up, freeze it then duck tape edges closed when you stop for the night on the way home plug it in and you have frozen meat. MUCH MUCH cheaper than buying a yeti.

We just got back from an elk hunt. Had 2 120s and a 50 qt igloos. We stuffed all three and had to leave ribs on both and cut some of the hind quarters a bit short.
