Absolutely. P90x3 moreso than p90x. You'll look silly doing a lot of the moves on 3 though.

Does anybody else want to punch Ted right in the face when they are doing X3 Yoga? Especially on the part where you do Ted's chair and he does like some freakish hand stand, meanwhile you are wobbling and shaking just trying to do the pose on your feet.

I'm doing 5x5 strong lifts. you do squats every workout. after two workouts last week I can't get up off the toilet.

Lol I started stronglifts 2 weeks ago and I definitely feel your pain. My 2yo ran into me while trying to give me a hug the other day and I gasped in deep pain. I like the workout so far though. Its pretty nice only doing 3 exercises per workout though.

Did agility x today. I consider myself pretty in shape but by the end of it I was sucking wind and holding my sides. Can't wait for the next workout though.

Today is "challenge" day for me. Is it bad that I can not walk after my yoga "attempt"?

Won't effect the challenge. That is all pull-ups and push-ups.

I don't think it's that odd to be sore after yoga. Any new exercise will make you sore the first time, if it is indeed a good workout.

I liked the first two workouts a lot so far. Creative way to get good work in 30 minutes. Have yoga tonight which I'm dreading because I hate yoga and then the challenge tomm.

P90x3 is going to be legit. I can already tell. One thing I like most is because the workouts are short Tony Horton doesn't bs around as much and say all the stupid phrases he does on p90x.

His phrases wore me out after 90 days.

Most of the people on the videos are new it sems.

Has Drea Webber been on the juice? She is ripped and more manly looking then she was on p90x.

Do they show you how to modify on the pullups? I do 5 total pullups and turn to Jello.

Mine shows up some time today.

I have been running the last couple of years, did a marathon about a year ago and a tough mudder with some push ups, pull ups, and crunches with running for training. Our kid is 6 months old, and have done very little since then.

I am terrified and excited at the same time to get this going. I do travel a lot for work with one trip very soon, will update with how well it travels.

Yes they do on the pull-ups just do what you can. I try to get as many pull-ups as I can and then I use the band over the door to finish the reps.

Don't be shy of the bands, they can work you out very well also if you can't do a lot of pull-ups yet.

its stronglifts 5x5. you start out with just the bar and you do three workouts a week using 5 sets of 5 reps for all exercises. everytime you do the exercise again you add 5 lbs to the bar.

Day A-
squats
bench
pendalay rows

Day B-
squats
press
deadlifts
