What time do the festivities begin on a Saints 3:30 game day? I haven't been to a Saints game since 2011 (Divisional playoff against Detroit) so I'm not sure when the party kicks off.
Also what's the Superdome parking cost?

The grammar police are upset because I believe it's called Champion's Square. Honest mistake hope the A-holes don't persecute you too much. I thought they flexed it to 3:30 but it may have changed again?

Typically for a noon game the band starts at 9.
Parking in the dome I think is $40 but avoid that clusterfrick at all cost.

Champions square is too crowded to Enjoy. I like hanging out by the tailgaters. But it starts off at 12.
Parking costs like $30 in the dome, but there are TONS of free spots a couple of minutes walk away and all offer easier access to leave after the game.
