Stoked for this game, even though I can't be in attendance. Glad to see the rain clearing out. Record crowd at old Strawberry?

Our beloved Lions aren't on television today?

Obviously, the fine ESPN family of networks have found far too many worthwhile sporting events to air on this Saturday evening. Of course, that didn't stop them from airing Towson at E. Illinois last night.

The stadium will be half full. I will bet $10 on that
Eta: as of yesterday afternoon, only 500 student tix were sold compared to about 1500 the week before. I know many people had vacations planned for this week months in advance that cant attend

So, things haven't changed since the late '80's? Campus becomes a ghost town on the weekends?

I'll be there! Looking forward to better weather tonight

Are they Louisiana too, or are they still Southeastern?

The answer is right there in the thread title.

Brady's or mariners inn aren't bad. They have decent food to. Tommy's pizza isn't bad either, especially if you like sweet pizza sauce

Friendship circle is best bet if want to drink right outside stadium.
Bag of Doughnuts is playing in the circle today and SLU sales booze and has tailgates set up all around it. Once inside though they cant sell beer in there like they can during regular season because of some NCAA tourney rule.
Christmas shite is gonna hurt attendance tonight. But I think it will still be a good crowd. Last week was a ton of fun. The Patch was rocking and got nice and loud (as loud as two sided open field can be). It was a ton of fun. Even Meat who was not keen on going got sucked into it by halftime.
I would suggest sitting in Q behind the visiting bench. Its fun watching the students just harass the visiting bench.
