Link? I called the pats as a 1 seed when they were a 3 loss team in early November and the broncos were only a 1 loss

LINK

Also had the chiefs winning the division and the broncos in the wildcard which is one manning moment away from happening

Two super bowl loses in a row and a losing record in the playoffs since his last super bowl say otherwise. Face it, Brady never will win a Super Bowl without his top 5 defense he used to have. Just a glorified Trent Dilfer

Tom Brady won 3 Super Bowls because of the snow. That's the only way he can do it

Well he def won one because of it along with the worst call in sports history(tuck rule)

do you know how stupid you sound when you dispute a textbook call...couldn't have been more clear

want to call it the worst rule? sure, maybe...tuck rule basically just extended the qbs throwing motion on a pump, but the call was on the money.

I'd take Brady over Peyton any day of the week. He does more with less and succeeds.

The GOAT's rise to the very top when it counts the most (playoffs, Super Bowl).

In an era not as pass efficient as today's NFL, compare how Joe Montana performed in the post season, especially the Super Bowl, versus how Brady has performed.

Hell, had it not been for John Kasey kicking the ball out of bounds, you very well could be looking at Brady with 3 SB losses and Jake Delhomme the MVP of the game in Houston.

I don't agree that Brady is the absolute GOAT (unless maybe he adds another SB win), but he is a Top 5-6 right now. To call him a "glorified Trent Dilfer" is dumb.

13/100

Way too high

In fact it is so off base it is probably worthy of a signature.

What would be interesting is to see how TB would do with different coaches...The offense is controlled by Coach B. Peyton has been successful under several coaches over his span of years...more in control of his offense. I would never say TB is a glorified Dilfer, but he is a game manager in the sense of managing an offense whereas PM runs the offense more than just manages.

It would be somewhat difficult to put any of these two in the top 5 of all time when you look at all the great qb's over the years. Neither would be ranked higher that Unitas, Layne, Montana, Graham, and it's hard to put these two ahead of three of the best of the 70's Staubach, Stabler & Bradshaw, because of the rules were not around to aid the qb play.
