I don't think anyone expects him to come in and compete for a starting spot, but his athleticism, size, and arm strength are great.

I'd say there have been around 50 threads started in the last month claiming Harris will come in and compete with Jennings.

I went to mandeville so actually went to a bunch of games this year. Glenn is 6' maybee 6'1 with cleats. He's got a good frame throws a good ball but isn't even in the same league as Harris. Harris has a better arm smarter and faster. Glenn didn't do a great job of going through reads if one wasn't open he took off or tried to force balls even though people weren't open.

I wish Glenn all the best but Harris is a wayyyy better prospect.

Trying to predict how successful a H.S. QB will be on the next two levels is totally a crap shoot...example 1)Doug Williams won a Super Bowl with a completion % of less than 40% in some games... 2) Joe Montana...golden boy from N.D...didn't do squat for several years in the pros...check the record...ended up with several Super Bowl rings...and is considered one of the best all time QBs...all I'm saying is "take a breather guys"...there's miles to go before either of these guys hit the field for real...lol...jmho...but you know I'm right...lol

Again, This was just a small sample-sizing that I witnessed first hand. Might have been Brandon's worse outing and Glenn's best. I think both will excel at the next level.

I hope you are right. I don't know if Glenn will be able to do it at the next level. Seems to me like he doesn't stay calm and make his reads. I don't think he will be able to run like he did in HS. He's not a freak athlete. Just better than most in a district that's not filled with stars

Yes he was. He started out slow at ZHS but when it appeared that ZHS was hanging with them PHS put the game in Harris hands by running, passing, and scrambling. ZHS had him hemmed up and sacked three times in and he got away each time - Im talking about players with hits or hands on him.

ZHS pulled the game to 14-14 with about 2:00 min left in first half. No problem, BH dropped back and lofted a 55-60 yd bomb to a man streaking down the left sideline... Second half was mostly a BH show but ZHS soph QB Lindsey Scott kept us in the game. Keep and eye on 2016 Lindsey Scott next couple of yrs FWIW.

Harris has all the tools so everyone relax, his accuracy needs work and they will shorten his throwing motion, give him a year in the system and look out.

his team was 8-24 his 1st two years. He won a Super Bowl in his 3rd year.

I meant more "college ready" also based on build. Glenn is built like Russell Wilson and looks like he can handle contact and against us he was lofting balls on the money over our DBs. Brandon, has a slight build, was mainly hitting screens and slants at the line of scrimmage to 10 yards out. not difficult throws. I guess I just bought into a lot of hype I've been hearing of him coming in as a freshmen and see significant playing time. Everyone seems to write Rettig off and automatically put Brandon ahead of him. If this is this case, than I sure hope we're recruiting another QB.
