Just a very proud father!! If that gets translated as LAM(E) attention whoring moral preening - pretty sure that says less about my motivations and a lot more about your outlook on things.

Don't know your situation, but hope you have a son/daughter that makes you proud one day and I promise I won't take a shot when you brag on them.

I can't understand people who leave games early unless you're literally getting blown out in the 4th and it's mathematically impossible to win..
People that don't really care about LSU and are mostly in the stadium for the party and social aspects.

Yep. Makes no sense to me. Some of the best shite in the history of football has happened when the chips were down. And, it ain't like u get an emotional duo over. Going home and watching the video will NOT make up for walking out and missing it.

Good for your boy.

My Dad would take me and my brother to the games when we had to suffer through the 90's and we never left early either, it was a tradition. We refused to leave early regardless of score or weather conditions.

It's sad to see the way the culture has changed.

Glad that he was rewarded with an amazing tiger win!

LOVED HOW THE BAND SAID FK IT AND PLAYED NECK TWICE AFTER THE TOUCHDOWN!!!

TS was jamming and frick all of yas that left early!!!!

Keep hinging on good luck scenarios like that and your son is on the path to 100% deluded sunshine pumper.

People shouldn't leave. But your kid sounds like watching football with girls. Oh there's two minutes left down by twenty we can still win right. Like if we score and then they fumble we can score again real quick

Wasn't the failed fourth down with like 7-8 minutes left in the game? Down by 6? That's pretty damn pathetic people would leave at that point

really a CSB

I never leave games because it really is never over until its over. I was at LSU in 2005 when we were up on 24 - 0 (I believe) on Tennessee and most of my friends left. We lose, I go back to where friends went and they didn't believe me that we lost. They were getting ready for after party crap. That day I vowed never to walk out for a game.
