I witnessed a similar situation in my college years.
Young girl( 18) goes to the room with two football players, things happen, and when they guys are done they kick her to the curb. They don't offer her a ride home, so she is forced to call her friend so she can get home. Out of shame she tells her friend to bring her to the PD where she says she was raped.
I'm not saying this what happened in this case, but it's possible.

I bet that the woman and Winston know each other and didn't just meet as is being intimated (Unknown assailant as indicated in police report).

There are just so many ways this scenario could have played out. We still don't really know Jamies' side of the story and we don't know their prior relationship.
This might get to be an ugly he said/she said case and at that point it'll become legal yahtzee.

That's what it's looking like. Apparently they were seen together after the incident and before she named Winston. She wanted him, he didn't. That's the rumor.

Aren't there some witness affidavits that reportedly "corroborated" jameis's story that he never touched her? That was reported earlier. The fact that there is his DNA on her at least casts a different light on those sworn statements.

There's no coverup, just a complainant who is flip floppy. She knows him, she didn't know him. She was drugged/drunk, no she was sober.

Dude...the prosecuting attorney had no idea about this incident until TMZ broke it last week.
They have just now started to investigate it.
