It's getting great reviews. I was not all that excited because I thought the first book was far superior to the other two but it seems maybe they adapted it well to the big screen. Looking forward to it now.

I felt like Catching Fire kept up with the original.. the 3rd book not so much. That being said - I think the third book will actually be the better "film" because the content of the third book actually seems to present itself as a "made for film" script.

I've got my tickets for Sunday. Looking forward to this movie but trying not to get too hyped. I bought into the hype for the first movie and was extremely underwhelmed when compared to how much I loved the book.

I still haven't watched the first one.

Good; I was a little wary because I thought the first book was the best out of the 3, so it seems like they're expanding a lot on the source material.

Looking forward to seeing this later tonight. The 2nd book was my favorite so I've been hype for this one for awhile

Just left. I liked it.
Usually I'm a little bitch about hating movies of books I like, but I've liked both of these.

to me Catching Fire seems just like they remade the first one because Katniss has to go back to the Games

The series could have and should have been split into two books. The author knew exactly what she was doing getting in on the trilogy action.
Saw it with the wife just now and like the books, the movie is just a segue to the 3rd. There was a lot that I had to explain to my wife (who didn't read the books) that the movie didn't explain well.
All in all it was a decent movie and I expect the 3rd to be the best film. It should be a good climax to the movie series.

We saw it tonight and enjoyed it. I think it was even better than the first one.

The first movie got good reviews too, but I thought it was very meh. Didn't impress me at all. . . I'll still probably watch Catching Fire. Out of curiosity, and because of Jennifer Lawrence.

First book absolutely is better but doesn't always translate that way on the screen.

I just saw this movie and I've got to be honest it was one of the better movie experiences I've had in my life.
Outstanding movie.
