Would love to see what he can do against A&M's putrid defense.

It's a good thing we didn't get Jennings any game experience running the full offense this year.
Well, he actually was running some read option against either UAB or Kent St (can't remember which), but he fumbled a snap. In typical Les Miles fashion, he was quickly handcuffed.

he got some nice qb sneaks

Who knew that the cure for fumbled snaps, pre-snap penalties, etc by a young QB is a lack of game time?
Les knew, that's who.
Why isn't Salmon in this thread pulling his Iraqi Information Minister routine?

You think Miles will let him throw?

Sadly, I'm afraid that this is the attitude of a lot of today's college players.
well he almost got killed in that last series.
dude gets drilled and can barely try and get himself off the ground. not one of those worthless lineman bother to help him up. limps back to the sideline looking like he might collapse. no one bothered to do shite. he is your qb and one of the only reasons the team isnt mediocre and he got sent to the cleaners. im glad he got pissed and threw his helmet on the ground.
start the next guy. we have 3 losses already. i would be worried about preserving my body for the nfl

This is what happens when your HC sends you out there when the game is over and your Oline completely gives up on you.

but at least go to a two qb system.
if Mett's healthy, the only thing I see AJ getting to do in the next game is maybe some special short yardage plays they've worked up for him. other than that, it's Mett's show. especially with points being at a premium against A&M.

Yeah. But Mett is not a pussy. If he can go he'll go. And I'm sure the NFL scouts look at things like that. If a player is the kind that would quit on his team in college which has a 7-3 record, what's he going to do in the NFL when things get tough.
Mett's a baller from everything I can see and would not wimp out like you apparently would.

at least 1 did, he didn't appear interested in being helped up.

nah this is more like the main goals of the year are gone so we should prepare for the future. mett is gone after this year so why not give aj a larger role? he doesn't have to start but giving him some real snaps should happen. we do have a program that needs to turn it around.

I support getting AJ playing time. But this should have happen during UAB,Furman and even the Miss St game. Also, I still don't fully get why Miles thinks putting a QB in for a quick QB dive is a bright idea.

so frick over your starting QB because LSU has 3 losses? that should get the recruits beating down the doors. i swear... i think some of you may have learning disabilities.

He's waited all this time? Give me a break. See what happens when you hype up 18 year olds.

giving aj a larger role isn't fricking over mett. did i say to start him or give him most of the snaps? nah i said he should get more snaps. plenty of teams run two qb type systems and change of pace type things and that isn't fricking anyone over. a larger role for aj would be seeing more than a qb sneak
