That's the only thing that's pregnant. Her body is pregnant, so she gets to decide what to do with it. There's just no debate to be had here.
First of all, conception, pregnancy, children, it isn't JUST Physical. Second, she did decide what to do with it though, she put herself in a position to carry a child. She's already made her choice. If she didn't want the possibility of pregnancy, she should not have had sex. There's really no debate.

He doesn't feel strongly about them. All he will ever do about this is discuss them on a message board. He'll never do anything about it. Nothing to do with whether or not I agree with him or not.
Presumptions abound. You don't know this person or what they are capable of.

Also, nobody in this thread who agrees with this guy will ever actually do anything about this. Ever. Never ever ever.
Discussion of a subject always has the potential to lead to action. You are trying to shut down discussion, which would lead one to believe you fear any action.

So what does that say about the men who are complaining about this savage injustice in this thread? It's a bunch of men bitching about something that wads their panties but that they'll never do anything about. What's that make the "men" in this thread? I've said it already in this thread, so I won't repeat myself.
Men are already fighting these perceived injustices through discussion. The more discussion, the more minds that are swayed, the more solutions that become apparent. Just because men in this thread aren't shouting "we are man, hear us roar!" from the rooftops and demanding change in the streets doesn't mean they aren't affecting meaningful change.
Your post bleeds of ignorance.

I have some sympathy for this position. I don't know how many young ladies I've told they didn't need to have sex with a guy to show they loved him.

fter some thoughts I began to realize that men get a raw deal about reproductive rights and I want it to change.
Consider that a couple with a physical relationship who are unexpectedly pregnant, the woman is the only one with power.
She can decide to have an abortion or sign up for an adoptive service without even a thought to what the father wants.
The man has no rights, he is obligated to honor her decision no matter what.
If she doesn't want to be a mother she has many options, an unwilling father has basically no ability to discharge his parental responsibilities the way he could if he had just been born a woman.
Therefore this system should change, men should have the right to discharge parental rights to the same extent that women can.
Unfortunately men have surrendered their parental rights in favor of getting a much better deal when it comes to being held responsible for the support of their children. If anywhere near the number of men were outraged over their baby's mama having an abortion or giving their child up for adoption as there were men who breathed a sigh of relief when either of these happened or the mother simply decided not to force them to support their child as a man should this would not be the case. Men get a much more favorable deal in all aspects of parental rights and responsibilities.......

Hey Rob. I figured I'd actually answer the questions. That way it shouldn't devolve into all women are cum guzzling whores...which is what usually happens in these threads.
ain't that the truth!

Yes, but being pregnant isn't like gaining an appendage. I shared my body with another person while pregnant. What I ate, drank and did affected someone else, not just me.
Yup.
You got to make decisions about what you were doing with your body.
Crazy wasn't it?

If a woman can terminate her pregnancy because she can't be bothered, a man should be able to terminate his financial duty to the child, because he can't be bothered.
Millions of men do just that every year...and nothing is done about it. Fathers walk out on their responsibilities all the time and the number who are ever held accountable is disgustingly small.....you ain't gonna get a majority of men to agree to your POV when they realize that their child support payments aren't nearly enough to actually support their kids and the state is actually going to aggressively pursue dead beat dads.
And don't even pretend that anecdotal evidence like "I know a guy who went to jail" is in any way, shape, form or fashion more meaningful than the data that supports the number of "men" (I use that term loosely because a male person who fathers a child and does not support that child is not a man in any meaning of the word) who father children without a care in the world as to how that child is going to be housed, fed and nurtured.....

Nope.
You gave up the right to your dna the moment you got your O face and put it in her body.
You want to keep having the right to your own DNA?
Use a fricking condom.

I told my sons more than once that if they had sex, they were making a man decision. Don't expect me to bail you out of that situation. If you want to live in a trailer with several crumb crunchers of unknown origin, go ahead and bang your girlfriend.

Very valid statement. How many men have said,"If you loved me, you would?" I was given that line several times. I just laughed at them.

I'm afraid you're wrong, my friend.
If the mother of my child, who agreed to have the child, starts smoking, drinking and doing other things that are detrimental to the child, you can bet I'll have a say in it too.

Oh, well then by all means, lead the way. Or are you a "bitch" just like those you accuse of inaction?

Your reading comprehension is equitable to your post quality. Did I not give a multiple paragraph diatribe of the purpose of message boards?
You are taking this place entirely too seriously. Most of us, that are frequent PT'ers come here to vent and inform others of the absurdity of recent events or share our political ideology. We don't come here to start a "million man march". And a lack of physical confrontation in no way diminishes the post quality.
So you coming on here like an internet hardass, makes you look like a complete fool. Either lay off the meth, or seek anger management, because it seeps out with every post.

Yes you have. And you have repeatedly ignored what message boards are about. I vehemently oppose everything Obama does. Does that make me less of a conservative if i don't run against him? No, it doesn't. It's a place to exchange ideas. And if you sway a couple people into your line of thought, then congrats.
But you calling someone a pussy for not starting an altercation over one's ideals is downright asinine.
So excuse me if i say this, but frick you. You're posting style is the reason people flee the PT board. And it annoys me when your simple mind can't grasp the fact that if you debate someone, it is more effective than name calling and showing off your internet bravado. Those 2 things make you look insecure and weak.
