This site runs thousands of predictions for every NFL game every week and is probably used by dabblers who want to win against the spread (they are at 55%, which isn't bad at all). Here's their prediction:
Winning Team Win Percentage Score
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 95.8% 37-10
Pittsburgh Steelers 95.7% 40-12
New York Giants 95.4% 39-12
Jacksonville Jaguars 91.4% 32-13

Alabama loses and it is not really close. Each of the four winless NFL teams would be more than 90% likely to win and, on average, defeat Alabama by more than three touchdowns. For context, the most likely straight-up victory of the NFL season thus far came in the Jacksonville @ Seattle game, where the Seahawks were 95.0% likely to win over the Jaguars. Jacksonville @ Denver will likely top that number in two weeks. So Alabama, or any college team, against even the worst NFL teams is like watching the Jaguars play the Seahawks or Broncos.
Winning Team Win Percentage Score
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 95.8% 37-10
Pittsburgh Steelers 95.7% 40-12
New York Giants 95.4% 39-12
Jacksonville Jaguars 91.4% 32-13

there is NO way that the difference between Seattle and Jax is BIGGER than the difference between Jax and Bama

I've seen 99% of people say Bama would lose. And the 1% was trolling.

who with a brain actually believes it?

Yeah, the point of debate came from whether or not Bama would cover a hypothetical +18.

Spurrier for one
And it's definitely not a 99/1 split on the MSB. I don't think you'd get a 99/1 split on anything here.

Why do they use Alabama? They aren't even the best team in college.

So you're saying there's a chance

Where's DucksflyinPac for the:
Oregon vs. Jags?
Considering Oregon has a better QB.

Jags would win by at least 50

What percentage of Bama players are future NFL players? 15% possibly. What percentage of Jax players are current NFL players? I would say 100, but clearly some are not going to be there much longer...so let's say 90%. This argument is pointless. Always.

This. I'm guessing Bama produces 7-10 NFL players every year. Some make it, some don't.

They highly overrate Bama.
No fricking way they hold any NFL team under 40 points imo.

Bama would not score.
Who actually thinks AJ would move the ball AT ALL against an NFL defense.
The score would be something like 85-0 Jags

First of all Bama would be slaughtered. 30+ loss
That being said. Bama has AJ, Yeldon, cooper, Kounjo maybe steen that could crack an nfl 2 deep
On d Mosley,de priest, HaHa, belue, Hubbard, maybe Stinson that would crack an NFL 2 deep as well.
Im not talking about future nflers either like oj Howard, Eddie Jackson Landon Collins because its hard to equate potential vs current talent. But it's more like 10-12 that could arguably play in an NFL game this year
09 d - rolando, Hightower,upshaw,Cody,deaderick,Jackson,arenas,Barron,
That's 8 guys off one starting d that played in the NFL ( I get that some were younger at the time but they still had the ability)
