Loved Holly. I hope I don't tire of that tone though. Sometimes a time like that can get monotonous. I hope Blake does a good job with her.

Just started watching.
I'm not sure if you guys know this or not, but Christina is "coming back fresh.."
I want to slap her every time he says that shite...which is every single time she opens her mouth.

and BTW the sob story post I made above isn't directed at just one person or one contest show. I'm talking about in general.
it's everywhere and almost to the point where if you have a good enough sob story to sell (especially gay/lesbian or bullying) then it can override your talent and maybe not win the contest, but it can definitely push you further than you deserve.

Holly had so much range I think she can instantly win the show.
Unique voice but unlike a lot of others that have been on the show, she isn't limited by it like say Caroline Glazer was last season.

Agreed. I like it but it could get old if she doesn't change it up.
And I fricking LOVE that song. If anybody hasn't heard Willie Nelson's version of that song, go listen to it right now. Willie Nelson - The Scientist. It's fricking incredible.
