Smoked a butt. Finishing in the oven. Either gonna have it on French bread or tortillas. Either rice or quinoa and a salad

I have some chicken thighs going in the oven. Having it with garlic bread and peas. Kind of cooking what I have before going to grocery.

A variation of this.

I came home early to meet an alarm salesman that has been wearing us out about switching companies. He's now officially an hour late for his appt and I'm starting to drink. He's gonna have to give me 6 months of free shite if and when he ever shows up if he wants my business.

Beef stew over French bread.

I've got ADT now, but don't know what he's selling. The wife has lost his card. If it weren't for that, he would've already gotten a tongue lashing by now.

J/k-I didn't have nearly all the herds that they called for and I didn't use the right type of wine. Smells good tho.

I switched to a local company also. Much happier.

Probably having Bergeron's smoked wings and smoked boudin with some whole baked squash split and bathed in a little butter.
