12-10 game last year. They're not that bad of a team.

Has absolutely no relevance to this game or how good this year's team is.

I despise Auburn and thoroughly enjoyed that 2011 beat down but the fact is this is always an all out slug fest and always one of our toughest games regardless of where the 2 programs are at. You can throw all the stats and numbers and declines out the window when it comes to this game. -16 is extremely generous for this game and I doubt LSU covers. On paper we should cover -28 but I know this game is most likely going to follow the script of most LSU/Auburn games. Oh and frick Auburn.

2012 LSU 12 Auburn 10 Auburn, AL

LSU moves back to the power run game to control TOP and minimize the Ds presence on the field. We will use the pass to extend drives ( I know F'ing crazy) as we bully our way to victory.

We have weaknesses but I really like this team

I feel pretty comfortable in saying this team would beat last years team pretty handily. Yeah, #3games

I don't know about that. Could be 16 or could be 30.

Any idea what the largest spread in the series has been?

LSU was about -22.5 in 2011 and LSU rolled Auburn by 35.

you realize how bad AUB is? LSU smokes AUB at home
I hope so, but we have a history of making things tougher on ourselves than they really should be. Granted, this is a different year with a different OC. Once I see our team smash a fellow SEC opponent, I'll be satisfied.
