How would Andrew Luck do in the 49ers offense?
I'm sure he would do very well. That's like asking how would John Elway do with the 49ers of the 80's. I'm sure he would do pretty damn well too but that doesn't diminish Montana or Young. Elway (and Luck) are amazing talents themselves.

Kaep's body is built to withstand the toughness of the NFL. RGIII is yet to be determined. As far as healthy vs healthy... RGIII is an elite passer and runner, he's just not healthy. Its yet to be determined how his body holds up to the hits.

Luck would be boss but I don't know if the offense would be any better or more effective. Under Kaepernick the Niners can run whatever style of offense they feel like that week. That has to carry some weight.

So Kaep was so awesome he couldn't get on the field his rookie year or the first half of his second year
Brett Favre, Steve Young, Aaron Rodgers etc...

That is good. I mean, you said Kaep had a hideous face....like he was disfigured or a had a huge mole on it or something.

I just think if you reversed the roles here; Put Kaep on the Colts, put Luck on the 49ers
The 49ers would still be awesome, maybe even down right scary. Luck back with Harbaugh could really be something special.
But, Kaepernick on the Colts, I don't think he comes close to what Luck does. Especially not with that much responsibility.

So you mean taking a quarterback off the most talented team and best coaching staff in football and putting him on a team with average a best talent and coaching might mean his productivity would suffer? Groundbreaking stuff.
I bet if you put Drew Brees on the Jets he wouldn't be as good either

I said he looks like Squidward from Spongebob.
I think that is fairly obvious though.

all i know is if you watched the 49ers game, the throws that Kaep made were absolute bullets and on target for the most part. he's got unbelievable arm strength and i was more than impressed with his accuracy.

Saw bits of that last year, really impressive when it comes to how well he throws.

Luck is doing things in the Colts offense that Kaepernick likely wouldn't. That is my point. Where as Luck would be just as productive, if not more productive, than Kaepernick if he were on the 49ers.

I don't know how people can say negative things about him regardless of who they root for...
I think you are underestimating the maximum over-rustle from the Saints fans as it pertains to anything 49ers.

Kaepernick is also better at being Andrew Luck than Andrew Luck
we'll see
so far Luck looks like the real deal

He had a year to learn the system behind another QB with similar skills. He's a year ahead of RGIII, and has not had to face a major injury.
That being said...I like him more.

Well, can't wait until the matchup with you guys. Should be a good one.

2 of those guys played behind HOF QBs themselves

All theoretical. All we can really do is look at where they actually play and what the players does in reality with their team.
