I was also in the student section for the 03 UGA game and I had to work at Walk-Ons after the game. Needless to say I could not speak or hear anything

Unless you were in Tiger Stadium, there is just no way possible to describe what that experience was like.
Usually a big play just takes the air out of the stadium. After that UGA touchdown, the entire crowd just start yelling, "L-S-U! L-S-U!". Loud and sustained. Players on both sidelines were just looking around dazed thinking, "W-T-F is happening?".
I've never seen anything like that.

He also had these comments regarding the 1979 USC vs. LSU game in Tiger Stadium:
"A lot of great players have played in that stadium, but I don't know if any team has walked into that stadium and dealt with what we went through. From the time we landed to the time we left, I don't know if a team has ever gone through that."
"I haven't been in an event like that at any level of football. Out of all the games I've ever played in, I've never been in anything like that, and I am including my Super Bowls in that assessment."
I was at that game, it was my sophomore year.
I have not personally heard a louder game in all the intervening years. I was not at the Earthquake Game, I was living in Atlanta at the time, so I can't comment on that one.

2007 Vs. Florida was the best but I'm surprised at how little the 2007 Auburn game is mentioned with the last second fade from Flynn to Byrd in the North Endzone.

i was right in that corner, first row where he caught it. you can see me on one of the camera views. i've never heard that much noise in my life, and i was at the 2007 Florida game, too. Ridiculous.

for me, it was probably 2007 florida--I have been there for many years, and that was loudest ever. Honorable mentions go to 2003 Georgia-(the L-S-U chants still give goosebumps, 2002(?) overtime win over tennessee at home--incredible, and the 1972 win over Ole Miss on the Jones to davis TD pass with one second left. Running on to the field after that miracle win was super--You couldn't hear anything!
BTW--Billy cannon's run was 89 yards, and in 1959!!

You couldn't hear it from there?
I was working that night at Calendar's on Highland and Acadian, watching the game on our big TV. The crowd noise coming from the stadium was louder than the crowd noise coming from the TV. You could FEEL the stadium vibrating in the dining room of the restaurang. It's about 2 miles from the stadium.
Very intense.

Yep...just as we were kicking off to Florida. The place was electric. Then Florida and Tebow stuck a 5 play, 80 yard drive up our arse

Florida game 1997. Herb Tyler runs a option keeper and takes it into the endzone against the #1 Gators, Faneca running escort all the way.
The crowd went apes**t. We were supposed to lose that night and were, sadly, quite used to losing to Spurrier and the Gators. Years of pent up frustration were released that night.
Other most dramatic moment was against Alabama in 2000 (broke the streak), when Bama fumbled and refs were going to give the ball back to them.
The crowd all at once made a noise like "whatthefrick-huh?" real loud. Brady James points to the then new screen where the replay clearly shows it's LSU ball. The old lady next to me cussed a blue streak when that ref signaled 1st down Bama. I thought those refs were going to be torn to pieces by a rabid crowd if they didn't reverse that call. I think they knew it too.
Honorable Mention: Vs Aubbie 2001.
That game was in December because of 9/11. It was for all the marbles in the SECW. It was the game where day our band kicked their kicker's (Damon Duval) arse. I was sitting in the visitor section and the chanting coming from what seemed like the whole stadium "Auburn Sucks Auburn Sucks" was incredibly loud and intimidating for the Aub fans sitting near me. All I could think at that moment was "F**K YEAH GEAUX TIGERS"! Of course I joined in the chant. I don't know if I was ever more proud to be an LSU alum than at that moment.

Not the one but thank you, It went something like this: Daytime football in tiger stadium is just foreplay the money shot is the circus that emerges after dark in this football asylum. foregive me if the wording is incorrect I am typing this from memory.
