...wonder how he felt Saturday night after UGA's hard fought loss compared to a LSU "W"?...IT always gets me every year watching the Jawja faithful melt down...If they win next week (they won't) I am sure they will be unbeatable and bring up how they should have gone to the NC game over LSU a few years back...Anyway, just think UGA's season is over next week, though I will admit that I am always worried when we play the dawgs in Athens. I think that game will be a challenge for the tigers. What do you guys think?

Did he pick TCU? Or did he simply say that TCU was capable of beating LSU? As in, while doing his job on EPSN he talked about a potential upset.

Either way, WTF does it matter?

And no, if you were facing him you would not say a word.

I feel ya but as an announcer they have to say game is going to be competitive so they will get viewers. You never hear an announcer or analyst go "that team is going to beat the shite outta their opponent, don't watch or tune in" They just pick a side and hype them up

And you are A Bama fan? Does not compute. Why would you be worried about Pollock when your team needs an O-line? If they played Sat. Both LSU and UGA would smoke Bama.

The schedule sets up well for that game. Decent BCS 'big game' opener, a couple of layups with UAB (Oh, ho, ho, ho, hooo!) and Kent St, then a home SEC opener against a rebuilding Auburn. Then the first serious SEC road test.

I thnk it'll be a great game that could go either way, but LSU should be starting to click right about then.

Too bad you won't get that chance this year, right?

The Tigers should go to Athens undefeated. I think this is going to be a really tough game between the hedges. If Georgia loses to South Carolina, their NC hopes are gone. It was a dogfight the last time the Tigers went to UGA.

I don't want to overlook Auburn either. I have the Tigers losing to GA but a lot of variables may happen before that showdown.

Still got the Tigers 9-3 during the regular season.

The producers told him to pick TCU to generate controversy. I wouldn't spend 2 seconds worrying about it.

The only thing I wondered about Pollack on Saturday is if he actually looked in a mirror before going on air and thought his hair looked good. If so, credibility shot.
