Gunna run no huddle till we have the game in hand and pound the ball in the second half! Hopefully we all get to see more of the phenomenon known as the forward pass!

No it hasn't. It was 60/40 last year.
Lets go ahead and bring the freakin' math.
In 2012 - we recorded 527 rushes (and 32 of those were sacks - so, in all likelihood a called pass), and attempted 356 passes. So, assuming the other QB rushes were just that, bootlegs, sneaks, etc., there were 495 runs "called" and 388 passes "called" from the sidelines, for 883 offensive snaps, so the offense called was a very balanced 56/44.
EVEN if we count every sack as a rush (and that's crazy to hang on the coaching staff as being too conservative, if anything, it's bad timing or too aggressive, but most likely it is an execution issue - either we were bad or they were good) - then AND ONLY then, do we get to 60/40.

We've never had a run heavy offense? In the past its been more like 90/10 run heavy, but in the Cam era I expect 80/20.
You are either really dumb or just don't watch the games.

We shouldnt be?
There are different levels of conservative. Running off tackle every play is extreme conservative. Mixing run and pass is still conservative, but less so.
I don't have a problem with being conservative, if we can move the chains and if our defense is stout. But the key is to be unpredictable and keep the defense guessing. The problem last year was our play calling of course was conservative, but it was also far too predictable. That's the issue here.

Forward pass: Is that legal?
I am expecting 55/45 this year with more completions downfield ( not necessarily more passes). I also expect the RBs and TEs to have over 80 receptions between them.

I can't even imagine what this would look like.

I'm hoping as explosive as a butthole after a Chipotle burrito.

Good?

LSU never plays conservative really. We are a pass first type of team.

Conservatively unpredictable. That's LSU offense needs given a great defense IMO.

Removal of predictability.... PLEASE Les!!!!!!!!

Little more tempo
But same power game with more utilization of RB/TE in passing game

Better 3rd down conversion % , and unpredictability
would be great also
would be great also

Nothing too different in terms of run vs pass. I think it's doing the little things better that will be evident on the field, in the stats and most importantly, in the Win column. I expect to see better efficiency from the QB, more complimentary pass route combinations, increased 3rd down conversions and better redzone TD%. Combined with our D, we should be a better all around team. Hopefully we're mentally tough to keep our composure in some tight games.

I just hope it's consistently average/above average

More efficient than ours. Hopefully, Cam will improve on that.
