So 60% of the respondents either held an unfavorable opinion of Miles (20%) or simply weren't sure (40%).
I think this is probably an accurate reflection of the fan base's agonized ambivalence towards Miles. A lot of people don't know how to appraise Miles given conflicting empirical evidence.

i love that my fellow fans still adore a coach who only had two 10+ win seasons and left us for a rival, but barely have a higher opinion of the coach who almost exclusively has 10+ win seasons and has turned down other coaching jobs to stay loyal to us and because he loves it here.
makes sense.
