LSU vs. Notre Dame in 1971. I was 8 years old and I remember walking through the tunnel and being amazed at how beautifully manicured and green the field was.

I also got lost after the game because I turned around to look at the field instead of following my Dad out. I panicked for a minute because I wasn't sure where to go because everyone around me was blocking my view and I didn't know whether my dad had gone right or left. An usher saw me and stood by me until my dad found me. Those were the two moments I remember most - not much about the game...

1992 vs Tennessee, lost 20-0. That was my first game ever in Tiger Stadium, I was in the 8th grade. I'll never forget it. Haven't missed many after that.

I am 17 and my first memory of Tiger Stadium was LSU/Georgia 2003. Skylar Green catching the TD pass from Matt Mauck and Tiger Stadium gong nuts. And i had a horrible headache that day, too.

As a Boy Scout, I worked an early Saints game at Tiger Stadium (we were ushers). Jimmy Taylor played, that was cool. Unfortunately he was past his prime and I think retired the next year. As you have already figured out, I'm an old fart.

1959 LSU vs Tennessee. Listened to the end of the game on radio.
LSU lost 14-13 trying to repeat as national champs.
After the game, Paul Dietzel said "We came to win, not to tie!".

I remember how disappointed everyone was. It was as if someone died.
That is what stuck in my mind at the age of 11.

Last home game vs Tulane. 2008 maybe? I've been hooked ever since.
