I'm a big fan of China Doll on the Wank. Never been to Jungs or the place in Kenner Brah. I also like China Orchid's pepper chicken and the combo fried rice.

Café East of the Clearview Exit is really good as well.

My favorite.
Second favorite is Christine's Empress of China - Westbank
After the Eastbank one made me sick and I avoided it for several years, I had August Moon - Westbank last week. Nice Restaurant. Solid Food.

I bet the board goes with Chinatown in kennerbrah.
I think I know what I'm getting for dinner now.

Usually the honey chicken, wonton soup, satay skewers, the roasted duck, stuff like that.

I don't like how they cut the duck up. Just doesn't seem like the best method IMO.

Yea, I always make a huge mess with it. Still is very tasty IMO. Rarely order it though.

What's good at Jung's and what's good at Kenner brah?
Posted on 8/12/13 at 5:18 pm to Neauxla
@ Jung's I like the spicy beef soup or any of the Szechuan dishes

Jungs - the special menu. Yum. Jelly fish salad is one that always raises eyebrows

That's what I'm talking about. You have to put the blinders on sometime when you order off the special menu.
As R2R mentioned, they have the best Schezwan in the city.

What happened to the China Doll...In the past, they were always in the conversation.

Can't beat Royal China at the end of vets by Dorignacs.
I also like Chun Lee in Elmwood by the movie theatre.

Aren't China Doll and Empress of China owned by the same people?
Also, RIP China Blossom. Their smoked pork dishes (and anything they put it in, like their wonton soups) were the best. After the husband died, I think the wife moved back to the northshore with her relatives who run Trey Yuen.

Actually very good. With a legit dim sum menu.
