I was a bit upset that Miles let him back on without any penalty. Then I thought about how 'Bama runs SEC scheduling and I was okay.

it's a bar fight involving a football player, it's been happening as long as there has been college, alcohol and football. the only difference is we have cameras everywhere now.

Yeah, I still feel like Hill deserves a game or two suspension, but I really don't give a shite in the grand scheme. His crime, while pathetic to punch a dude that is already done, was not anything that doesn't happen everywhere.

Do you have any idea how many young people get into fights and never get slapped anywhere?

The crap Hill has faced is 50 times worse than 99% of the of the young people who get into fights every weekend.

If it wasn't for the fact that Hill is a LSU football player, no one would give a shite about the punch that was thrown.

I've seen the pulp beaten out of frat boys outside Fred's and didn't shite happen to either party.

Kid gets a fricking jaywalking ticket and his arse better be gone.

Yes, Miles has take disciplinary action; however, he gives WAY too much rope to his players.

He probably will, at least the first couple of games. He and hill are close in ability, and blue is in better shape and better standing.

The guy was suspended from the team until the legal process played itself out. I think Miles handled the whole thing exactly like he should have. Hill isn't an angel, but he's not a monster either. Blow job and bar fight and he served a punishment for both. Too many people want to crucify this dude.

Im sure its an unofficial suspension which will allow Les to have flexibility without being held to a specific time. If something flukey happened and Blue and Hilliard go down, he can still have Hill fill in without the season spiraling. Id imagine Hill wont see the field until some random 3rd down play in the UGA game- similar to how he broke in to the lineup last year.

Did you listen to the interview? Miles literally said that there will be more punishments coming for Hill.

How dense are you people?

LSU administration should let the coaches deal with punishment for the players. Administration should be worrying about replacing the TOONCES logo with something appealing and perhaps the architecture of the new expansion so that it looks cohesive with the rest of the stadium.
