we have elite prospects at safety, not really sure what ur talking ab. LC wouldnt have started over reid and loston anyway so the experience is moot.

Reid is gone bro

Which is why I said losing out on priest was even worse. shite, LC in nickel or dime even.

Besides, it's my opinion. Dwi

I hope Willis lays a big hit on LC on special teams or something and LC cries about it

LC. Dont get me wrong. I want GWIII badly, but LC is just a different type of player. I hate to say it, but he's going to be pretty successful at you-know-where.

If that were true he would have started over Vinnie Sunseri last year. He's good no doubt, but he's not the once a decade type player you're making him sound like.

GWIII could be a once a decade type talent. He hasn't even peaked yet.

A good comparison for Collins would be Ed Paris, who put up very similar numbers in the Sparq championships, plays the same position in a dominant way, and even offers versatility to play CB. Paris might even have more potential than Collins.

LC is the better prospect but GW is in a more vital position.

If you have a dominant front four, you can have a mediocre secondary. If you have a great secondary and mediocre front four, your secondary will suck. They can't stay glued to WRs all day.

Assuming Willis will eventually be as impactful as a Dorsey or Lavalais, Willis all the way. A disruptive defensive lineman is better than a talented safety any day of the week. Unless that safety is the elite of the elite, such as Ed Reed.

It should have been phrased that way. Willis is more important this year as Landon was more important his year. We are having a serious haul at the db position this year.

Maybe not once in a decade, but he would have fit in nicely in the starting position this year after Reid left. I have a feeling that if he went to LSU, going from Reid to Collins would be unnoticeable in game impact.

Maybe. I'm not sure he would be starting though. Martin is a beast and is really similar to Collins in terms of skill and potential. Plus he would have a year over Collins in experience.

That's what I'm saying Reda. Hate to admit it, but LC was an absolute stud at dutchtown.

Yet he couldn't beat out Sunseri nor UDFA Robert Lester. Both of which are solid, but not elite by any measure. If he was as good as y'all think he would have been playing a good chunk of the snaps. Instead he spent the majority of the season on special teams. Sorry but I refuse to believe he's a stud and couldn't beat out two average and overrated players.

What he did at Dutchtown and the Sparq championships doesn't mean much. Plus if he was in this years recruiting class he probably wouldn't even be in the top 5 for the state. CR, LF, Speedy, Dupree, and Hootie would be over him. Maybe several other players as well.

Why would anyone say LC when he's a gump?
We all know he has talent and we all would have loved to have the kid, but he's tigerbait now. I would choose GWlll cause this state churns out Db's like crazy and GWlll will run things at DE or DT.
