Oh, I don't know. They just have the worst front office in all of baseball with a joke of baseball knowledge.

I mean, they traded CHRIS DAVIS. You see what he's doing now!!!1!111

Martin Perez obviously sucks.

Already given up 2, bases loaded and no outs in the 2nd.

Apparently every scout in the MLB was wrong when they thought this kid would be worth a damn.

Funny thing is, I could easily make one of these posts about the Patriots too.

OK I know you're calling me out. I have balls so here goes:

quote:

They are TWO AND A HALF GAMES OUT OF FIRST PLACE two games after the All Star Break.

And behind Baltimore for the last playoff spot (and in the game as well).

quote:

They are missing 4/5 of their Opening Week starting rotation, and this is obviously Nolan and JD's fault because they just don't have the baseball knowledge or skill to keep frontline pitchers from getting injured.

Lewis and Harrison hopefully will return and return to form. I say hopefully because you never know when dealing with injuries.

Ogando is far more effective as a short reliever. And with back-to-back injuries resulting from starting, time to return him to the 7th inning or 8th inning guy (or let him close to give Nathan a rest).

Tepesch is a long reliever at best.

quote:

They are in the top half of the league in all important offensive categories

After the past two weeks you may want to recheck that. And they are near the bottom of the league in average with RISP.

quote:

Yu Darvish is (obviously) just a complete joke. Overpaid, overrated Japanese player. His fade haircut must be the issue.

No it's that the Rangers are paying him $117 million and barely can get 6 innings out of him. They can get that many out of Perez (and now he's starting to get hit way too frequently).

quote:

So my question... When should the Rangers implode the BPiA

When the AAC lease is up so Arlington can have two Mavericks (Dallas and UT Arlington). (The Stars will be in Seattle by then.)

quote:

and give the best baseball franchise in Texas tag to the Astros

The Astros couldn't beat out the Longhorns for that honor no matter how many WS they won. And I can't stand the Hideous Burnt Orange Club.

No they have a GM who's entire career is based on ONE trade (the trade for Elvis).

I mean, they traded CHRIS DAVIS

If Davis had done something here Moreland would still be another Mike Olt.

The Justin Smoak trade for Cliff Lee was another thing, though. Not that Smoak is doing anything for Seattle, it's that Lee didn't do that much for us, then let his wife convince him to move to Philly. I mean, who in their right mind would move to Philly on their own accord?

I'm getting concerned about him. He started out so well, now look.

Is he feeling pressure of having to be the #2 starter behind Holland? (Given Yu's lack of performance--and I have tickets for tomorrow's game )

You're terrible. You're fricking terrible.

The fans comment wasn't a shot at you. It's a shot at all of those that are.

But you're still terrible.

He did go 3-0 with about a 1.00 ERA in 3 postseason games prior to the WS I would call that something. Now of you want to Blame him for going 0-2 in WS, where is blame for Wilson, Tommy Hunter, along with entire offense? They score 12 runs in 5 games, 7 coming in game 1.

This whole post is nothing but the "Rangers fans" calling me out because I've made it clear this team lacks the talent and ability to make the playoffs. Especially my comments about Darvish (who is showing the same decline in Year 2 of his deal that Dice-K did in his--seriously, $117 million and he is yet to throw a complete game?)

I hope that if Kershaw decides to test the FA market instead of re-signing with the Dodgers, the Rangers make a run for him. We need a real ace on this team.
