Is the point of the second league to make it like English soccer where the bottom 3 teams drop to the second division and the top 3 move up to the first division (assuming all the players this year want to play again next year)

Yeah, that's the plan.
Our league had two or three guys stop playing out of nowhere, and it all went downhill from there.

I've already got my team name and crest picked out. Going to continue my fantasy team tradition of basing teams off of TV shows I like. (Sadly, I didn't do that last year on here.)

Hey Vicks..how did we handle the late transfers last year (meaning the one that may occur after our draft is underway)?
Those players are not elligible to be drafted until the supplemental draft correct? (transfer window closes Aug 31). So any drop/adds during our first two weeks need to exclude those supplemental players also.

Yes, that is what we did. If you are not in the player pool when our draft starts, then you cannot be drafted or added until the supplemental draft.
Any other rule changes or pressing matters that needs to be discussed?
Personally, I would like to wait to start the draft until the Bale and Suarez situations get cleared up. They would be top three picks if they stayed.
I will not be very available most of next week. I might not have access to a computer much either, but I can do it from a mobile phone I guess. I would not be able to run the draft. If we start next week, someone else would have to be in charge of the draft.

Each league has a separate player pool.
The second league would just mimic the first.

Also, I can run the draft for us no problem.
The Bale and Suarez deals may run till the end of the month, so not sure where we draw the line.

I've never done fantasy EPL, but I've commissioned fantasy football leagues. I'd be willing to give it a shot if someone helps me get it set up. As long as I can mimic league 1 settings for the league 2 it shouldn't be hard.
