It's obvious you think best = "career acheivement."

Then why don't you have Leinart? He touched the ball on every play and had one of the best careers ever...tossing 99 Td passes and two national championships??

I disagree...best is about the player and his abilities...not his career.

I'm giving you a stat fricktard.

Because apparently you have no clue what you're talking about with Bush.

I'm done. I mean, Tebow and no Bush.

You don't know what talent is.

yeah...and Tebow would have been lost and probably not start in Norm Chow's passing scheme.

Apples and Oranges...but you like to simplify and are wowed by easy to understand things and apparently think Tebow was playing with the Akron Zips for his teammates.

Yes I do......... The thread is about the GREATEST CFB player of all-time....... Sorry Reggie is not there....... You have given me NOTHING to prove he should be in the list I gave............ When YOU can do this. come back. Until then go to your room and dream about Reggie laying next to you in your bed............

Reggie Bush was ELECTRIFYING but its too hard to tell how great he really was because of all of the talent around him. I mean he had a Heisman winning QB, another RB that may have been better in college and also one of the best groups of WRs ever.

I'm not a Nebraska fan, but Grant Winstrom should get some mention here..

Wistrom attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he helped anchor the defensive line for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team from 1994 to 1997. During his four-year college career, the Huskers compiled a 49-2 record, winning three national championships in that span (1994, 1995, and 1997). A two-time consensus first-team All-American, Wistrom became Nebraska's fourth Lombardi Award winner as the nation's top lineman following the 1997 season.

That is almost a perfect college career for a DL..

Single Season: Cam
Career: Hershel Walker

Honorable mention single season to Bo Jackson 1983: Averaged almost 8 ypc, carried AU to the NC, along with the #1 defense in the country.

Honorable mention career to Tebow: 4 years, contributed to 2 NCs, great player and leader entire career from frosh-senior.
