I have to lay it down tomorrow and I was wondering if y'all had any tips for it to catch easier.

Make sure the dirts level and put the squares next to each other.

Make sure you water it enough for the first two weeks. When it's this hot it's hard to keep new grass from cooking before it takes root.

Stomp down the edges. Unless you're a 4 yr old, you can't frick this up.

Lay out pallets in close proximity to the point of placement. Make sure the dirt under the sod is level and good topsoil, not a hard pan clay material. Water immediately after placement. There is no such thing as too much water the first few weeks until the sod takes root.

If the ground isn't level the grass will not be flat. If you have something to roll it with after that helps...

when I bought sod last it was 75 bucks a pallet delivered or 95 a pallet delivered and installed that is the best 20 bucks per pallet I have ever spent.

Stagger the pieces when you lay them. Kick each piece when you lay it to get it tight with the others. Get a good sharp shooter or pointed shovel to cut ends, around sprinkler heads, etc....You can fill in holes that were torn and small gaps with those excess pieces.
Annnnnnnd water the shite out of it

Can it be bought in big rolls or does it only come in squares?
Like if you had to do a big yard?
